BSNL BB- BILL - Please Help..

Hi,
I use BSNL broadband at home in bangalore. Shifted to Home 500C combo plan from march. (Limit 1.5GB,night 2amto 8am free)
Got the bill for march yesterday and was surprised to see that my usage was 2942MB. (Excess bill Rs 1124.80 + tax)...I rarely use the net during the day as i work in shifts.

I checked the BSNL Broadband website usage stats and they show that my billable data usage as 843MB only and non billable as 19091MB(night usage)...and im absolutely sure that this is correct..

I called customer care ....they said to contact BSNL office ...i went there ....they sent to me another office ...and the person there gave a a printout(a summary data) showing the same details in the bill.
The total data transfer is same in both BSNL website and the bill but the billable usage data is different..

Have anyone faced same problems??.....Can anyone advice me on how to proceed,.???...

Save a copy in your computer of usage data for print out.
Take a print out and contact the Accounts Officer. Give an application and get a receipt from CC.

Accounts Officer (TR) and his contact phone number written back in the bill copy itself..findout who is.. meet him in personal.. and give the copy of the bill as well as usuage ..Usually the first bill when new connections given, or when plan are changed will contain such errors, once it corrected, they'll see that the errors nt repeated again...In chennai, last month itself atleast approx. 800 bills has been revised and ivrs based information forwarded to customers not to pay the first bill they sent previouly..with regards,vaithy

thanks guys...I will try meeting AO on monday with the printout...let see what happens...( i also made an online complaint)...
