Bsnl billing query

hi all,

I have been using BSNL BB for more than 2 years, (Home 500 plan).
on last month end i requested a plan change from Home 500 to Home 500C. The CC told that the plan will be activated on next month start.

But the plan activated on Oct 31 & they charged security deposit for the plan. And also they charged Excess usage for BB.

Facts:

Oct 1- Oct 30 - plan home 500
Free Usage: 2556 MB; Net Usage: 2469 MB

Oct 31 - plan home 500 C
Free Usage:1536 MB; Net Usage: 2469 MB

They billed heavily

BB Plan Security Deposit 500.00
HOME 500CPLAN- Charges From
01/10/2008 To 31/10/2008 500.00
GU :2469 FU :1536
NU :933 FOR OCT 2008 746.00

Also the free calls available is listed as 99 calls but in the wesite they given as 150 free calls.
So they charged 746.Rs for the excess BB usage. Also the Diwali Double download not eligible. Since i am using BB(Home 500 plan) for long time & paying minimum 2000 rs every month never expected a Diwali gift like this from BSNL.

bsnl is fraud company they are always doing this they done the same to me I changed plan home combo to home 250 ,under 500 combo I download 134 gb and they change plan in 31 despite saying specifically with effect from 1st of next month in plan change letter to jto and billed proportionally for one day 134gb/31days =4.32 gb billed when asked they are saying they cant do anything, I am now fighting at consumer courtno use india will never change ..sick country of companies only want to cheat and insult people you should see accounts officer of your telecom circle I bet they will do nothing ,they will say come later we will fix everything and repeat that infinitely
