BSNL blocking ICMP and VPN

Hey everyone,

My friend took a new BSNL connection and when I went to check the ping to different servers I can see the ping requests are being blocked at the local server. Even okla speedtest does not work, either website or app. But Fast .com and cloud flare speed test work and they how higher speeds than the plan. Checked if VPN is working or not but even that doesn't connect.
Anyone else ever faced this issue?

You may want to turn off his modem/router and turn it back on again.

BSNL had some issues but they fixed it.

Check if the machine is getting DNS and a default gateway or not. If not unplug and plug (or disable and enable via Network Connections in Windows) the ethernet cable.

BSNL is down since yesterday night because of issues in Mumbai | BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

Cloudflare Warp+ works Some websites are inaccessible like speedtest.net Many people lost their money via online transaction etc as a result. That's what the nib told me. They are on war-footing. They said it might be fixed by today evening. RIP Bsnl
