Iam using 500c broadband plan , and for 30days i dint get the net. I complaint to the custumer care and by trobleshooting the problem was error 678. And after 30 days only the problem get resolved. What should I do to get solution to my loss.My bsnl landline number is 0484 2421034 Is there any rules relating to this issue to get my money back.
