how does some 750(512kbps) unlimited plans get download speed speed more then 150kbps ?, but actually they should get 70-80kbps.

Who is getting ? Me too on UL 750. Still 60 -70 KBps.There was an offer, 15 days 2 Mbps unlimited for all new connections. May be you referring to that.

512kbps max download would be 60kB/s. If a user is getting more than that, it might due to bump in speeds!

My friend is getting 120-140kbps, n i heard many people in my state are getting more then 170kbps for 750 plan.

I enjoyed upto 2 mbps for few months under the 750 scheme, and one fine day my speeds were 50-60 k . Well its just a temp phenomena , enjoy till it lasts.
