I'm not really sure. Exchange is in the basement. OFC upto the basement. Dude that came home worked at the Rajeev Chowk office, which is not an exchange . I live on Sohna Road, fwiw.

I haven't checked the plan yet on self-care

The 20GB plan is still not in 'their system'. Upgraded my BSNL line back to 30GB plan. Fucking Reliance.
