Get an application form for BB connection from your
Exchange.Fill up the rural plan. with required documents.
Attach a photo copy of the BSNL circular.

There is also a discount of RS4500/= in ccost,
if a computer is purchased thru BSNL.

Get an acknowledgement or receipt
in your duplicate. copy.
Ask them to give in writing BB connection
not possible/ rejected.
let me know your Village Name SS circle
and if already
normal BB connection has been given.
to any one in your village.
WLL/Tarang CDMA/datacard etc.

The problem is : we have to check up whether
your village comes under Rural Definition.
Number of Lines in the Nearest Exchange )

Check whether the telephone tariff is charged,
as per rural plan.
If you have BSNL telephone connected.

Only after you get a written reply
the matter can be taken up further up.

Or make a complaint Online.

See post 22. You can quote the ref
number and make photo copy.
Also the news.

According to telphone rent paid by you
]your village does not come under "RURAL"
definition. It is Rs 50/= P.M
See @totallyfandu's post in this thread.
Call CC of your SSA circlearea and confirm,
whether your Village is
RURAL Exchange , semi Rural. semiurban Or Urb etc

UPDATE:

http://www.upw.bsnl.co.in/meerut/tariff.htm
since you pay Rs100 bi monthly and free calls allowed for Rs 250/=
means your Exchange is less than 1000 lines.

CHECK
main telephone tariff of BSNL web site

confirmed RURAL if you pay Rs 50/PM rental.
http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/tnc/basictariff.htSubmit the application with photo copies of circulars quoted in this thread. Get receipt.
