BSNL broadband: Can't access websites while using a PPPoE connection

I think I had posted about this problem long time back in this post Cannot open some sites using pppoe mode on WA3002-g1 ADSL MODEM. The solution is hit and try method. Mine worked at MTU 1406 after hours of effort. Have to use the ping command along with tcp ip optimizer
