Bro. Its constently 1Mbps, check task manager. No more, No less.....I hope this will maintain...

If you want to know the real speed, download a file from a good server.

man i know that but something will happened very good soon with bsnl..i hope ......i am getting consistent speeds after 6gb thats fair for me...so i am happy with bsnl now..

check your real world downloading stuff other than torrents there you wont find anything wrong
