bsnl broadband disconnects every now and then

Had the same problem. changed the modem settings from ADSL2 to G.DMT, FDM Mode and Bitswap-Enable and it worked fine!

Check in ADVANCED OPTIONS ADSL menu.
SAVE.
Reboot from FROM CURRENT SETTINGS.
Recheck SNR/ATTN sync speed/RATE in Status/Device Info.

Your Modem is different from mine and hence settings will also be different. Just check how you can change settings on your modem to what I listed.
