BSNL Broadband Fair Usage Policy on New Plans

now bsnl also double's the speed of 749 and 1350(FAIR USAGE POLICY)

Does the BB Home UL 750 plan also have "Fair Usage" restrictions? Or is it truly unrestricted, download all you want kind of deal?

I have 1350 UL Plan and last month my speed doubled but from this month onwards its still at 512 kbps and i am still in 512 1350UL Plan as shown in bsnl portal under user info

How was it on portal when it was doubled?

^It showed as 2 MBPS 1350 UL confirming the change but now it shows as 512 kbps (old plan). Even calcuttatelephones.com has no mention of new plans.

Same here with me.... I talked to the Customer Care and they said they'd look into the speed matter but haven't done anything (its been over a month). Its still 512 Kbps (not 2 Mbps for first 20 GB as stated by them in new FUP Plans) in my home 1350UL plan. Any suggestions?
