when I try to check the usage, it shows "Sorry, No Records Found"...this happens for first 3-4 days of every month :madness:

Bsnl broadband connections on old server starting with ip range 59.*.*.* use old portal for checking up the usage.
Old portal is very good,very quick.
Usage is reflected as early as 5 min , and max time is 30 min(rare ocassions) as soon as we disconnect the internet.Last/Latest session will be displayed pretty quickly
I can even check in first 20min after 12am on every 1st of every month

Requested for a plan change to UL1350 plus on 15th september.It hasn't been provisioned till now.How to get a confirmation that my plan has been changed?

Unless untill plan is reflected in Ur user info on Portal,there is no confirmation
Other confirmation is bill though
