BSNL Broadband has four new plans (Rs. 875-1199) offering 800GB-1.1TB data transfer at 20mbps

Gave application to disconnect BSNL broadband yesterday. I was on 599 unlimited 2mbps. Reason was I couldn't game on it anymore with so many frequent disconnections. Also Download speed was really rubbish since couple of months.

Got Airtel v fiber 999 plan. With tax it will be 1180 per month.
40 Mbps 300 gb per month.
Got bonus data of 2000gb for 6 months validity.
Been 2 weeks and no issues with down time etc. Only thing is mostly I get between 20-30mbps speed instead of constant 40mbps. Which is fine for now but do let me know if it can be near about 40mbps.

Waiting for Jio to launch so they can make Airtel give better plans at cheaper price as well.
 
you should have made complaint in twitter @bsnlcorporate. They will fix it permanently

bsnl is giving plans for everyone. 99 rupees broadband plan which no one will give. Their employees are a problem. careless attitude makes people to shift from bsnl but twitter complaint works great
 
Not getting 20mbps speed. Am in 1199 plan. When it will be revised for other circles apart from chennai?
 
I have changed the Plan to 20mbps yesterday, plan was changed in selfcare portal.
But still i am receiving 10mbps only

from the stats you posted they have not increased the downstream data rate. its still at 10494 kbps. if only that is increased the speed changes.
