BSNL Broadband Home plan UL750 bandwidth

Hello ppl,i recently got bsnl Home plan UL750,i want to knw the bandwidth for the same.... when torrenting my avg dl is 26 kb/s.is it good enuf???:huh:

I think that is the 256 kbps unlimited plan that you have got. Torrents are not a reliable way of checking the speed. Best option is to do a speed test. There are many sites available online which should give you the information. From what I have heard from people with a BSNL connection, the speeds are pretty consistent and in line with the package.

BSNL gave only 256 Kbps (32 KB/s) for unlimited 750 home plan. 26 KB/s average speed is normal speed for 750home plan

hey i just got this plan..i already had a bsnl telephone connection..still they have taken the installation charges 500 rs..my frnd got the same connectio..he said there r no installation charges...so plz tell me abt this..i have taken wireless modem on rent frm bsnl.. how much shud it cost to me sir??waiting for ur reply..thnaks

Heena. Bsnl frequently offers for a limited period no installation charges offer for broadband.Prasedly bsnl offers is open.

The installation charges for any plan is only Rs. 250. Why didn't u ask to bsnl customer service centre.

The Plan is best but the thing is when you get problem then its your luck BSNL has good budget to advertise in tv channels but not to put customer care to solve the queries of the clients.Their csr works only 5 days a week that too 11 to 5huh

Is there any way to increase the download speed by connecting double lan connection to PC.Like,[Lan1 connection speed 250Kbps] + [Lan2 connection speed 250Kbps] + [WLAN connection speed 250Kbps] = 750 Kbps:iplay:

i just got my home 500 plan converted to 750 unlimited due to huge bills .
i could not check the usage through bbservice.bsnl.in:wall: it doesn't work at all.
now after converting my plan im still not able to check my usage kindly help:yahoo:
