BSNL Broadband Modem confusion

Hi All,I am looking forward to get a Combo UL-650 plan for my uncles home .We are willing to get it by paying minimum amount . Following are the options I have, Can you please tell me which will be most economical:1. Buy New Modem from BSNL [ 1000 + 250} 2. Get used Modem for Rs 500 and Pay installation charges [500+500}3. Get Modem on Rent for Rs 50 [ 50+500+500...Rent+Security+Installation]Can anyone tell me if these figures are correct and How much i am required to pay to get UL-650 Combo Plan.Thanks
