BSNL Broadband : Moving to COMBO 500 from UL 750

I am moving to Combo 500 from Feb 1. Where do check my Plan. In portal i am able to see my usage, but not able to see my plan. Also pls advice me what to do and what not to do in Combo 500. Thanks and regards,Kalyan Kumar.

Go to data.bsnl.in, under my orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and hit search.Look for plan status as provisioned and effective date. Also check whether there is a change in speed and check the chargeable units. Chargeable units will be zero if you are still in UL 750.

@meetdilip, thanks. In my orders, it asks for "Service UserId:". Without enter this id, it says No data found. What is service id?

How do i type the phone number, i typed the phone number as 044#24425253

Enter only phone no. Type it as 44#24425253
