BSNL Broadband not working smoothly

The problem is that most google sites are opening very slow or not at all. I am using Google DNS. I tried automatic dns of bsnl and few other but none seem to work.
When I reconnect my connection, it works fine for few mins and goes back slow again.
What to do? Anybody knows.?

Use ipconfig/flushdns

HI, that flush DNS worked for sometime or dont know.. but again same error. And this happens on my android too.. using wifi model of bsnl.
The modem stats.. although in another modem, my SNR margin is 23 while in this one it shows only 6.4.. and it has been same from 1 year. and this problem I am facing is recent.
