I am getting 3.2 mbps only. They need to increase line speed to 4999 to get 4mbps speed. anyone getting full speed of 4mbps?
Don't forget to send twitter message to Modi and BSNL to get line speed increased. Just kidding. Please visit the BSNL office and ask them to increase the line speed. I had visited the one near my place, they seemed to be aware of it and mentioned that a mail will be sent by them to their BSNL head office and the line speed will be increased and the increase should be affected in this week. Waiting....
BSNL employees are arrogant.No use of going to office directly.They say "3.2 mbps is max speed they can give or else surrender your connection".Chennai circle is very worst service.Most employees are not technically equipped to handle this requests. I twitted to @bsnlcorporate for download line rate increase. Lets see
You are right. Today went to BSNL office to get my plan changed from ULD 945 to 675. They have registered the request but are not aware of the FUP being changed to 2 Mbps. They say have not received any information yet. Now need to follow up on the line speed change to 4 Mbps this week....
