BSNL Broadband now offers 2 Mbps post-FUP speeds on all plans of Rs. 675 & above !

You are right. Today went to BSNL office to get my plan changed from ULD 945 to 675. They have registered the request but are not aware of the FUP being changed to 2 Mbps. They say have not received any information yet. Now need to follow up on the line speed change to 4 Mbps this week....

Bsnl employees are always say they dont have updated plan details.its lie. They are working for private operators to earn profit.most bsnl employees want customer to close connection and goto private operator.

Sushubh I had initiated a request for plan change on the portal 15 days back ! No action till date ! A babu's intervention is inescapable !

My honeymoon period is over, now back to 1mbps!
In the BSNL APP it says " 4mbps till 5GB , 1mbps beyond" Averaging 115 kilobytes in torrents rn

Where the F does it say 2mbps post FUP ?

The only place where I could find the FUP being changed to 2 Mbps and also quoted on this forum is the Tamil Nadu BSNL website i.e http://tamilnadu.bsnl.co.in/
Though the ad is a bit cheesy , goes like this : When 2 Mbps becomes 4 Mbps (Initial download speed), then 1 Mbps becomes ? (speed after FUP), for all DSL broadband plans of 675 and above.....

When 2 Mbps becomes 4 Mbps (Initial download speed), then 1 Mbps becomes UNBEARABLE (speed after FUP),

I'm so good in answering "Fill in the blank" questions.
