BSNL Broadband now offers 2 Mbps post-FUP speeds on all plans of Rs. 675 & above !

Speed is fluctuating from 200 kbps to 400 kbps with 2mbps now.

They have upgraded to 2 mbps. you can check your plan by going to link below

then click on know your usage. There under service name you will find speed before fup and after fup. Mine showing something like this

IN delhi airtel is way better , i switched to airtel .

Looks like you are on 545 plan. The new scheme is applicable for plan 675 and above.

No I check my bill it's BBG combo ULD 675 plan . I called customer care they told me to report the problem to BSNL exchange . When i asked about 2 Mbps after fup they said "they did not get any update about it !".

Here is the link to broadband plans. And according to that you are on 545 plan. Check your bill amount for broadband only and before tax.
