BSNL Broadband Plan Change: Free calls only within BSNL network now

Guys, same problem here currently my plan is ULD-900 with 400 free calls but in this month I was shocked to see my bill with in increment of about rs 300 and bsnl didn't even inform me about this (that free call are only to bsnl networks ).

Just received bill for the month of February. BB charges stays the same. Guess new rates comes to effect only from March.

righto. my bill came the same as the last couple of months. i can only imagine that i might be in the six month period that trai requires?

I was shocked to see my last two bills, Jan & Feb, both came calls charges in them around Rs 300/-+ where it used to come as ZERO since I am a ULD1350 annual subscriber, I guess BSNL does not even understand the meaning of yearly contracts!

BSNL to BSNL is not good enough.. It should be better as before. BSNL need to give us 200 or 300 calls per month in any network.
