BSNL Broadband Router Problem pls help!!!

Mention modem model/make. Start .. select RUN...... type cmdnew page opens .......type ipconfig /allcheck Default Gateway. If it is 192.168.1.1 that is the modem's IP.If the page opens and you can type userId ( for the modem default usually admin )and password ( usually admin or password)and modem gives an error message, PW might be in error. You have to RESET the modem (a switch or access hole) in the back with power on for about 20 to 30 seconds.Modem settings will revert to Factory settings.

Are you connected by USB? Then try 192.168.1.2If not, goto Start, Run, type 'cmd', enter, in the command prompt type 'ipconfig /all'. Under Ethernet adapter 'Local Area Connection' check the value for Default Gateway, try that IP in your browser.
