BSNL Broadband: Some queries regarding port binding

As I'm (B) my other friend (C) who is not connecting nowadays, because he went to kerala address not known. and my friend (A) who have the BB UNL connection want to share his bill he usally stays 15-20 days out of station. My house is 782 metre away from his house mostly first floor 22.6 feet from the ground I cannot afford the cable whether RJ11 or ordinary drop wire. above all I do not want to get a new connection as I'm also using BSNL 3G through DATA CARD for internet. however it speed is superb but costly. Since I'm asking these Q that "Can I get connect another account from my line?" because I've seen with my own eyes that my friend (C) have connected many lines from his line before. At that time I was not intrested in and never aske to him but he told to learn but I didn't. He is genius in internet he knows everything
even the Bsnl people get help from him.

Better ASK HIM. In which case no need for him to have a Broadband connection!! and pay Rs 750 + taxes!!!!!
To the best of my Knowledge not possible.
Probably he could open some unsecured WIFI networks.

He can hack even 4Mbps, 8Mbps line also. He can Hack PASSWORD & ID for others. If WIFI networks available he always try to hack. WIFI networks is nothing for him he entered other computers and hack password, replace password leave something on the desktop, for internet hacking I hope he is expert. He told me these are cheatings not to go these topic and never do harm to others. But telling he is doing for experience and fun only. He never expose and show except me. He is not DCA or MCA not an Engineer he have only basic idea his expert in Disc Copier But he always sleep/ eat/ live with PC's since 15 yrs.

All OK. But the fundamental question is why he needs a PAID Rs 750+Taxes connection,


when he can surf the Internet just like that and get any connection Mostly in wifi mode ( which is possible .)
"Hacking" is a polite word for stealing other's Bandwidth.
MY phone number was revealed in a test conducted here , with my co operation as a test here within 5 minutes !
I have accessed many modem settings without the user's knowledge!!
But using the connection to surf the Internet seems far fetched : other than in WIFI mode.

If he can set up , to connect to his Broadband connection with his ID/PW in your
Phone connection give feedback here. ( and also for the the other friend )
