bsnl broadband: Somebody please help me! I am in problem

ITS NOW COMING PROVISIONED FINALYY.................. OH GOD...... STILL I QUESTION YOU WHERE WE LIVE! I HAVE WAITED 25 LONG DAYS>>>>>>
 
Please confirm with a technical person in BSNL. Portals may lie.
 
in most cases when it says provisioned in the portal it means new plan has been applied. although you could confirm with CC by calling either 1500 or 18004241600
 
ok as i have got it provisioned, its time now to thank all the expert guys here for advising me in my painful times.... Great work guys.... KEEP IT UP..:urock::urock::urock:I will also like to thank JTO, BSNL of my local exchange... He is a great young guy from south india... Very Cool and responds well all the time.... Do you know guys this man has given me his user id and password to download stuffs when I called him the day before yesterday.... very rare to find such people in LAZY Company like BSNL.... Hope BSNL recruits such persons in all deptts...
