Bsnl Broadband too slow- 5 KB/s and less speed june 4 2011

yup....speed was slow in Jaipur as well...restarted my modem a couple of times...then went to bed frustrated...it is working fine today

Hi...I'm using 750UL, from last week I m getting various speed, in up it goes 60-70kbps in down 5Kbps, maximum time remain under 10Kbps, Sometimeseven the browser got stuck, In torrent I'm getting from 5Kbps to 20kbps. My Modem is okay, Wifi is okay (I setup a wifi myself - Belkin wifi), but speed is low any help..???wire is good, Right now (last hour) its going 50+ but at the time of posting this post getting ~10Kbps, just tell me you guys also facing problem else my heart will break :( :*(
 
I thought 750UL had a FUP these days?

I am using this plan. No FUP, purely 512 Kbps unlimited.

Post your SNR and Attenuation values.

Presume speed is constant and stable in WiFi mode. Reset the modem to factory settings and configure it again. May yield results.

I was getting over 50 KB/s speed and now after yeaterday evening 4 june 2011,Speed is like 5 Kb/s or even less.M i alone or this is happening with others too?
I also had but they gave me stupid reason. They had undersea cable cut. According to them, they were only who suffered from High traffic
