BSNL broadband very slow.

I know it's a very common problem,but I can't think of any other way of getting help,so please help me if you can.

I'm in Orissa,Cuttack.I'm on BSNL 550Combo plan.But my download speed has lessened a lot in past few days.

According to Speedtest.net
Download=150kbps
Upload=390kbps

I usually use Internet Download Manager for all my downloads.My speed is 30KB/sec for most of the sites with or without IDM,but now it's in between 3-6KB/sec.IDM used to give me 300-400KB/sec for sites like mediafire but now it's 38-40KB/sec,even when downloading a single file.

I'm so frustrated.I know calling the Customer care is not going to be useful,so any tips?

Thanks for all the help,but can't you see anything there.Because I can see it.This is my first post so may be I did something wrong.

Btw My boadband should give me 512kbps-2mbps.
