BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

But they need NOT give 2Mbps without FUP for say < 1000Rs plans... Why don't they give min 2Mbps post FUP on plans > Rs1000 or even Rs1500 and call other 675 like plans as narrowband plans?

I think Rs. 1500 would still be considered expensive but given the current scenario people would take it without much ranting if not happily. RS. 1000 would be the perfect price for flat 2 Mbps IMHO.

I don't mind even around 1200 for 2 gb unlimited and 2000 for 4 gb unlimited with no fup. Similarly 2500 or 3000 for 8 mbps. That would be a game changer.

At least BSNL should give 10 - 20 GB minimum FUP limits. 1-5 GB FUP is pointless. I don't expect truly unlimited 2 Mbps Broadband from BSNL anytime soon.

The main reason i went from 800uld to 625UL plan was because of that fcking smartbytes pop-ups and ofcourse users like me don't give a single damn about 6GB high speed quota which costs more upfront to begin with.

The unlimited term is being abused to core in broadband sector. FUP needs to go away for real ! If i was as dumb as that telecom minister, i would rather say 8mbps minimum cause you know stupidity has no limits.

@xtc we are talking about BSNL wireline broadband here as we've been discussing if they can do it then certainly it would benefit every individual having a BSNL connection PAN India. I don't think any other private player would ever reach the locations as many as BSNL has.
