BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

BSNL has updated their plans and stated that 2Mbps speed is upto 1GB .But no where it is stated how to topup and where to top up.They even did not bother to publish any advertisement regarding new upgrade nor did they intimate customers through E-Mail/SMS.We are getting all links to Top Up and FUP usage pages through forums and websites.People are asking(even I have same doubt) whether they will charge for extra amount of data downloaded at high speed taking plea that we did the Top Up on our own?But their own site don't have any links or information regarding Top up.So it is their fault and not customers. And I think during this up-gradation process they will suffer losses due to undeterred downloads.Our Telecom minister said BSNL suffered huge losses during UPA govt.But Its due to inefficient employees of BSNL and not due to GOVT itself.They don't even have proper arrangements to restrict 2Mbps downloads after 1GB and are talking about contributing towards DigitalIndia.I don't have any better option except BSNL.So can only write few lines out frustration.

2mbps lollypop (Digital India) for a while and then as usual ancient 512kbps internet (Digital India vanish for rest of the month). Now we can say monthly Digital India for a while. Now we can celebrate Digital India every month (LOL).
