There is some problem in the BSNL data usage portal. For the past three days, whenever I check, it gives me data usage for someone else's account. I tried restarting the modem, but it doesn't help. Better to check data usage from the selfcare portal.
 
Self-care is not working so I have to rely on mobile app.
Edit: just checked. Now selfcare portal is working and it is also showing around 90 Gb data used same as the mobile app so I still have 85 Gb left for the remaining month.

You have to add your broadband account first and then all options will.come on the main screen like usage, bill pay,complaints etc
 
I have added the land line no. No option to add broadband. Even after adding broadband account, no luck.
