this is the whole reading.. one of m frnd asked y five entries
they represent Total Send Volume(GB) Total Receive Volume(GB) Total Volume(GB) Total Duration(hour) Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited

my plan is Home 500 which has night unlimited usage.. but i hardly use download these days... and the end of the day i have been cheated......

Appears you are an old DATAone user with IP 59.xx.xx.xx.
Now download DQUF from http:// sunish.net and check your usage.
Take a print out of the BSNL usage page, and ask A.O to verify .
The highlighted entry for 12 hours continously seems to be a mistake.

There is no consolidated entry like this for a day.
Seems You have no NU on 10th July and 11 th july between 0200- AND 0800 am )

@/catchkunalkumar/Good show. Now you are interested in this entry of 10th july. What was shown on the top / ? consolidated usage billed usage excluding NU ? report here. Now make another JPG picture with 5 entries above and below this 10th july entry.At least one entry for 9th july should appear. Simply say that this entry seems to be an error and ask them to check up and /delete/amend this records. Give your User Id password BSNL a/c number. and an email address. [email protected] . Click for "read receipt" in your email program The time block is not free usage time. You have not mentioned any downloads on 10th july whether listed in you download folder. To me it appears a correct entry.Reply : Not needed. You have to create records for later appeal to consumer court/BSNL appealate officers/ Grievence cell , if you have a case.

hi ess no i dont dowloand ne thing.. and to my knowledge i cud not connect 12 hrs net as there is always a power problem..had it been conected also then it wud be idle only.. as there wud have been no download..

Use bridge mode...i think pppoe is creating the problem of unnecessary data transfer..i used to face the same problem before...210 mbytes transferred in 1/2 hour even when pc was off...though power supply to router was on......it was all solved by bridging !!!
