Still not resolved for me. Their web support simply copy pastes template replies saying they're escalating the issue but nothing happens.

They don't seem to be active on Twitter.

Shot them an email just now.
 
This (ScopeVideo) is a real pain in the ass. Subscription stops working randomly. This has happened multiple times in the past and as of right now Zee5 is showing as 'no active subscription' even though ScopeVideo shows that Zee5 is active.
