BSNL COMBO ULD 675 ?

That is exactly what I was trying to say. It does not come cheap. And you won't be able to enter a banking site with such a connection.

now in bsnl UL675 plan download speed is 512kbps flat ... while download a song or movie whether which speed it will download 64kbps/sec or 32kbps/sec !!!!

Yes, you can. You will be charged @ Rs. 800 for 13 days and @625 for rest of the month.

Nope. You missed the " @ " symbol. It means " at the rate of ".

I have also changed from COMBO CNT 500 to COMBO UL 675. But in selfcare portal it is showing COMBO ULD 675. Will I get 512 kbps flat for unlimited or 512kpbs for 5GB and then reduce to 256kbps. In BSNL site it is UL unlimited not ULD. But in my profile it is ULD Differential.
