BSNL connection

I have a bsnl unlimited broadband connection. We can control in our DSL router page(192.168.1.1) for our connection. How would control BSNL operator our modem for disconnect internet connection(If we didn't paid rental). What modem server they would use?. How it is working?. I want to know for learning purpose.
