BSNL Data Card Teracom LW272V1.0

Recently I have purchased BSNL Data Card Teracom LW272V1.0 with 3G SIM by Rs. 2179/- from BSNL CC. I am from Kolkata. Its download speed is very bad from 12 to 15 K bps only. Data card installation is very easy, I have use it in XP and Vista working fine only download speed is very slow.If anybody using BSNL Data Card Teracom LW272V1.0, please write your download speed, especially Kolkata user.

My friend in SaltLake area also reported the same slow speed. Seems like the network is really congested in Kolkata area
