since 3 days i am getting this speed

and btw these speed spikes are not uncommon in cable isps since they are illiterate and careless and everytime i plan to migrate to a big ISP they happen and i postpone my plan

@njan1982kanishka has clearly stated it is a cable service and not BSNL Dataone. Appears he is using a "simple" program to get these speeds.
