This is India and in India ISP,s are very slow and Expensive_Chairman_Saab_ said:

I had seen a Dedicated server in the past also i had see many VPSes for Remote Desktop,The network upper time is so Good and so cheap
My point is:
Costly ISP like bsnl should give Proper service.If they had atleast 1mps unlimited bandwidth i had no problem
100mbps = 12.5 MB/S is dream here
you would need to pay atleast 150+ $$ to get a 100mbps even that hey will have fup to get it here in Goa, India
just waiting for another isp as bsnl is not worth it
