BSNL EVDO Setting - Roaming Kerala / Bangalore

Hi guys, I am from Kerala and I have using BSNL EVDO for almost 2 years now. I have been very happy with BSNL EVDO. In Kerala the settings I used for the EVDO data card were

username : last 10 digits of sim number
password : last 10 digits of sim number

I have recently arrived at Bangalore and have tried using the BSNL EVDO card, but it does not connect even though I have very good EVDO range. So guys, please do help me out.
1. Do I have to do anything to activate national roaming ? As I understand it is pre-activated.
2. If anyone from Bangalore (or Karnataka in general) is reading this, what are the settings you use for your EVDO data card?

I use the similar username & password but you try connecting with username/password as 165 or cdma too. Maybe it might work.
BTW what error you are getting?
If you are getting error like "remote server did not respond", then its temporary problem for not more than 2 days.
It might get connected after some time.
