@Ameen Unforuntaly other ISPs use CGNAT, port forwarding is blocked, there's also traffic shaping which is non-existent on BSNL.
BSNL advantages:
Open NAT, free public IP Addresses
Port Forwarding
No Traffic shaping
Transparency, they will even let you see OLT configuration if you demand them to
BSNL Disadvantages:
Regular downtime
Speed issues due to lack of sufficient bandwith
High latency to servers just 5 Kilometres away (I'm not joking)
Unstable BGP, that changes route every fucking second
