Bsnl fibre best DNS for good speed

I have bsnl fibre , i want to change DNS which is fast . I am from Punjab
Kindly suggest

I am using Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 currently . Quite good . I get decent pings . BSNL Anycast(61.1.1.1) is also nice . The reason I use Cloudflare is uptime . It is top in Asia according to dnsperf.com
