Bsnl ftth bridge mode not working

I took bsnl ftth connection last year and that time they gave me the Digisol router which is almost same as Syrotech router and same web ui. So in 2022 I did bridge mode configuration with my D-Link router. And everything working fine.until one day 2023 March digisol router got damaged and then bsnl technician gave me new syrotech router and also they configured in normal mode and internet was working. Then after that i tried to make it to bridge mode but it is not happening i tried all settings similar to previous one but not getting internet. Is it due to mac address authentication from OLT . Please help me for my work purpose i need it urgently in bridge mode setup

Good chances that it is due to MAC authentication. Just copy the MAC address in your router and it should work.

So do u mean in my D-Link router i have to add Syrotech mac address?

Also one more question. In syrotech router I am seeing different mac adress in ui such as after connecting fiber cable I am seeing mac of that as well.

At back of router there is Mac address so do I have to enter that in D-Link router?

Copy the MAC address of the internet one, i.e., the one that was used for PPPoE from the WAN info status page of the Syrotech ONT.

If i go into my Syrotech router web ui. Then under the "status" in "wan connection info" there are 3 more options "EPON information" , "ipv4 connection information", "IPv6..." If I click on Epon information then it is showing mac address or router which is same as written on back side of the router. And in "IPv4 connection information". There is showing two more mac for "1_internet_B_vid_211" and mac is written. And "1_voice_r_vid_1738" and mac is written which do i have to enter

And in port binding do I have to select both lan 1 and lan 2 or just any one of them in which I am gonna connect my D-Link router to it.

And sorry for asking all the basic questions. Because I am doing this from last 1 month trying all methods so not happening bridge mode . In my cybersecurity work i need it urgently. Because if i configure it normal route mode then Syrotech router get hangs or get restart or pon light disappeared , and internet goes off when I run some cybersecurity tools for web pentesting. But in bridge mode every thing is work perfectly that's y i want it. And due to this not in bridge mode I am not able to do any work of mine in cybersecurity and not able to run any of tools. Currently I am using "D-Link dir-819" router and syrotech "sy-GPON-1110-wdont" router.

I even asked bsnl people to send me any technician and I will pay whatever their fees. But no any solution

i even thinking to buy other isp connection but some of them i my area they give connection in static IP so I don't know also wheather the Static IP will solve my problem or not.

Port 1 is Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps) and Port 2 is Gigabit (1000 Mbps) on the ONT. Bind the gigabit port if you like. The router you mentioned seems old and has 100 Mbps ports. What FTTH plan do you have?

40 Mbps plan I have.

Is there any why to request for mac binding disable in bsnl. And if there then how should I do. I am from South goa, goa
