I don't know how you people end up having the most friendly lco's and bsnl employees.
This thread is just a dream for some of us.
Mine was a nightmare. LCO wasn't really involved except laying the cables, I bought the
ont went to bsnl for configuring, bsnl engineer just straight up ignored anything I said or asked.
He setup the wifi and it's password even(He did asked what I would like for my password though
, so that's something). He didn't even give me the ONT's password (which I've bought) and didn't respond when I asked him about it, let alone pppoe credentials.
We weren't allowed inside the office, so had to beg and shout from the door and he never looks up.
He wrote something on the box finally after much shouting which was my phone number. Dumb me thought that was the password. It wasn't.
So I had to go back and had to ask an other female employee there who was nice enough to tell me the passwords he usually uses while setting up modems.
I have no clue how to approach them if my line ever shows issues. They don't like people learning about these and being technical with them.
