BSNL FTTH speeds still capped for anyone else?

So my LCO guy came to my place to do troubleshooting steps, even did AnyDesk remote session with BSNL NOC engineers who just checked all the various things that I had already checked and still getting low speeds. Changed ethernet cable, changed ONT, various settings like DNS server, MTU, 802.11p priority setting, ONT firewall disable etc etc.

Finally the action plan is to try to improve my optical signal level from -26 currently - even though I used to get proper speeds before at this level itself.

After checking the optical signal then the BSNL NOC engineer will remotely log in to the LCO OLT to see if any issues there.

Fingers crossed. Even though it's taking a lot of time, at least my LCO is co-operative and taking some effort to investigate this, even though he says I am the only customer with 100 mbps plan and other people (mostly elderly retired folks) are all on 50 mbps plans :D

so... did your issue get resolved ?
