Thanks Aaron, I'll check with their support and post updates here.

Rather than email support, ask them to call you and take remote support. That way, they're more willing to provide firmware upgrade. I kept mailing them and they told me that i was on the most current version. But once on remote, the person concerned provided me with the latest.

Check to see if the update resolves it. I would also suggest you do a factory reset after the update.

But what is weird in your case is that usually MicroSIP works fine, and zoiper is the trouble giver.
 
In the meantime, try disabling NAT in the voice_internet profile and check. I'm saying this because both of your inbound and outbound routes are on 10.0.0.0 network.

Also, try after enabling/disabling SIP in the ALG section.
 
BSNL 1830 and 1831 voice vlan is under maintenance(BNG Problem), 1849 is working fine with new numbers not supported on old numbers.
