BSNL FTTH work during power outage?

The connectivity comes from wire that comes from the isp and not ur router, so as long as they have power u will get internet, now whether ur house has power or not thats a different matter altogether.
 
Power outage case, both you and the provider need to have power back up else it won't work..

For the provider to keep their devices up and you to keep your device up..

At my end, BSNL back up last upto 4-5hrs approx..
 
My LCO has poor power backup and a low quality inverter. Whenever the electricy goes, his OLT restarts due to the switching latency of inverter.
If the connection is directly from the exchagne, there won't be any issues as most exchanges has good power backup/generators.
If it is through an LCO, you are at the mercy of them. I think BSNL doesn't have any strict guidelines for LCO's power backup
