bsnl fup page not loading not able to decline

I am not able to redirect to fup page of bsnl.the page never loads..great difficulty in browsing.kindly give some solution

Me too neither. It always says 'Dear esteemed Customer, Location not found using framed IP Address'.

I have read somewhere that those on unlimited plans are no longer allowed to topup anymore and hence the error in the FUP Topup page.
