BSNL GPRS new setting for Kolkata - (Nov 2009)

Dear All,Got a SMS from BSNL in Kolkata on 01 November 2009 that GPRS setting has been changed but did not get the new setting. Kindly provide the new setting for Kolkata if possible as my GPRS connection is not working.:wall:Thanks.

I got my gprs setting long ago from customer care.I called them and they asked about my mobile model.Later I got the setting as sms and saved that.you may try to call customer care and ask for the setting.9400024365/9433024365

but, the cuscare is asking me to visit their terretibazaar office everytime. i am not able to view any service msg being recd. eithe link not available or get your gprs settings done by service provider is the display.also tell me pl, where i can c the saved service gprs messages.tks

I went to the BSNL My Portal Services. Logged in. requested for upgrade. Alas! - Under 'Downloaded' column, My Portal got removed. and even in my mobile set too! Now I do not know how to bring that back.Secondly, in the configuration, instead of .pr it is showing .po(mine is kolkata 99 prepaid)do not know how to go about this.kly throw some light. thanks

Recently I have noticed that my GPRS Speed has become less than half on my Nokia 5800. The present access point I am using from Kolkata is " gprseast.cellone.in" .Is there any other Access Point ? Kindly confirm. BSNL CC is useless as usual and cannot help in this regard.
