BSNL has updated old plans in areas where new plans are not available !

I leave in Bhubaneswar,Odisha, we have JIO Fiber here too.

Yes the speed upgradation for the 777 plan does seem to be the case. The fuptopup site has an extra added UG added in the plan name along with the new speeds. Hope it stays this way

As per the above it appears to be valid only for new customers.

One of problems with BSNL, the actual implementation of these changes or offers is always messed up by uninformed local BSNL officials with attitude.

@varkey I think it is for every remaining customer because many old customers have reported that their Rs777 plan speed has been upgraded.

No change in Kerala's 777 plan till now. Our neighbouring states Karnataka and Tamilnadu have new plans in their websites
