BSNL has updated old plans in areas where new plans are not available !

update : now its showing new plans in all states(except kerala and andaman)

What app/website. Is that?
Currently the only way for me to check usage is to go selfcare portal which takes 3 minutes.
The fftp webpage of bsnl doesnt work for me.

My 777 plan got updated to the new speed for a day and got reverted back to the old speed the next day. Fup page shows the old plan. The updated 777 plan is available for my state. So is the updated plan only for new users? Anyone else whose plan got updated and are getting the increased speed?
