BSNL has updated old plans in areas where new plans are not available !

@RiCo yup, last night also it happened once. Today evening time my voice profile also got deregistered for some time and later got fixed.

And one more strange things happen for me in SELFCARE portal. After login in all my details are shown blank. Including email and phone number and broadband account. Tried add the account but getting error account already registered.😭
 
Data usage also got reset..

No upgrade on my side. When I called the CSC here today, they have no clue about upgrading existing users to new FUP and speeds. No notification received is what they said. The new Fibre plans are not applicable to current users, only new ones. WTF? Such a sham.
 
@mmkerala yesterday early morning ftopup site was showing 100Mbs , at around 11am it reverted to 50 Mbps then by noon again to 100Mbps. All okay now , getting 100Mbps.
