I'm in a bit of a conundrum.
My LCO and his partner had a split. Now both of them are providing service in different areas. As a result of which my user id and vlan need to be changed. Due to this they need to update the plan on my account but BSNL has removed new plans from my SSA so I won't be getting the new plans. These kinds of duckery can only happen with bsnl.
